I have started two new shows last week.

I am always behind on what I am watching.

Stiles is definitely my favorite character. It's a little different from Teen Wolf movies from the 80's.

Doctor Who

Van, Petey, and I have started watching Doctor Who. 

We are already on the tenth doctor. ( personally I think the ninth is my favorite)

I remember watching Doctor Who with my dad when I was little. 

I don't know what number he was, but I remember the one with the scarf.

Hatfields and McCoys

Did anyone else watch this mini series on the History Channel this week?

I loved it. 

I did know that it was a true story and not just an urban legend, but I didn't know the details.

Of course, now I had to research it. 

Anyway, the cast was great and the mini series was excellent.

yes, it is true, I really love netflix.

My oldest son Van has watched every episode of Lost Tapes and Monster Quest but I have been watching a bunch of series too.

For starters, my husband and I recently finished all four seasons of Mad Men and I cannot wait till season 5 starts.

I also started watching The Walking Dead and I got to catch up on season one that I missed.

I just finished watching season one and two of The Vampire Diaries. I got caught up on season 3 and I am now anxiously awaiting the new episode next Thurs.

( I am particularly obsessed  with this one.)

We have just started watching season one.

Has anyone else been watching Game of Thrones on HBO?

The first season ended Sunday night.

The series is based on a series of books by George R.R. Martin.

Not ready to wait a whole year for season two, I am planing on picking up the books and reading!

Shameless

Yep, my husband and I have a new series obsession..... Shameless.

former obsessions have included Rescue Me and Sons of Anarchy.

and I personally have a big obsession with the Tudors, but I have a strange obsession with the whole Tudor dynasty.

Anyway, I love the characters on Shameless, they pull you in and the most annoying thing is  listening to Frank when he goes off on his little mini diatribes.

Does anyone else watch Shameless? Do you like it? What series are you nuts about?

Band of Brothers

Josh and I watched this whole series last week, neither one of us had seen it before.

We avareged about two episodes a night.

All I can say is watch it!

It was good.

afternoon movie.....

Josh and I took Van and Petey to see the new Transformers movie today. The boys loved it!!!

the Holiday

Josh found this movie on in demand Saturday night and I stayed up till 3:00am to watch it. I have watched it two more times since. I love this movie!!!!Josh took me to see this movie in the theatre when we were back home for Christmas the year it came out. I had to share because this movie makes me smile.....A LOT :)

One family member or the other (except Van) has been sick the last week and a half, that's why it has taken me so long to post everything.

These cookies are from our local grocery store bakery and I have to share.....they are like crack to me! I LOVE THESE COOKIES!

I saw the movie Twilight for the first time last week. I may or may not have shared a lot of the same thoughts as Ginny from Beautiful Mess. So check her out because she's pretty funny! :)

The Tudors season 3

When I was on You tube this morning, I found the Tudors Season 3 Episode 1 on there. It premiers on Showtime this Sunday night. I watched it on IN DEMAND this weekend.
So I already got my Tudors fix! Now, I don't expect anyone to stay on my blog for 58 min. to watch this.........but I thought that you might want to catch a glimpse of the show. ( if you can get through the first 5 min. of seasons 1 & 2 highlights!)

one last thing.........I LOVE this show! OK, I really, really love this show & all things Henry the 8!

The reason I couldn't get to sleep....

till after 1:30 am last night! I love this movie and it seems like it is always on in the middle of the night....either that or that is the only time that I watch tv! Anyway, it was on last night and I had to watch it. :)
