LEGO's what?

Van got a set of Indiana Jones Lego's for his birthday in March. Since then, he has been really into Lego's and Indiana Jones. Van and Petey both have watched the movies...or at least most of them and are ready to see then new one. One day the boys and I went to Lego's on line to see all the different Lego's that they have and there were lots of Lego videos. All my boys love these videos!!We have since spent time on You Tube watching even more. Believe me we can spend a lot of time watching them! Van just told me tonight that he wants to make one too. So I might have one of his on here soon.

A couple of pictures for the weekend

Here are a couple of pictures to make you smile. The bench is in our yard and the flower is from our yard. I put the flower in our bay window.

Last day of school!

Well, today was the last day of school for Van and Petey. Van got to watch a movie and Petey's class had a "beach party".They were excited today, but a little sad when I picked them up. They both said that they were going to miss their teacher's. Wow, time flies by. Van is now a first grader and Petey is now in kindergarten. Petey got a cute scrapbook of his preschool year from his teacher's. I'll share some of it with you soon. It is so cute.

A little vintage ....

Here are a couple more pictures of the house that I said I would post. They are taken mostly of the front room, where you first walk in.

The chandelier was already in the house, but I think that it looks good in the room right now.

Leather bound books.

The lamp is from Josh's Grandparents house.

These pictures were hanging up in our home when I was a little girl. In fact the girl was in my bed room.

The rocking chair was my Mother's and the pillow Petey made me for Mother's Day.

Closer picture of the bay window.

some pics from the new house....

here are a couple of pictures from the new house, I'll add more soon. Fat & sassy Ginger likes the bay window.

Mother's Day weekend

Josh, the kids and I drove to Coshocton on Saturday afternoon. The boys spent the night at Grandma Darr's and Josh, Tatum and I spent the night at Nanny and Papaw's. Sunday the kids and I went to the farm with my Mom to see Grandma and Grandpa Lahna. The kids were bummed because it was raining and they couldn't play outside, but we still had fun. Grandma had Angel food cake and ice cream for the kids. After we left, we went to Nanny's house. She had dinner ready and cake too! Then, we had to leave Sunday evening. We had a nice time in Coshocton. It was a nice weekend. The pictures are presents that the kids made for me as my mother's day presents.
