New Year, New lifestyle

Two days before Christmas, I was diagnosed with Type Two Diabetes.
This was somewhat not a suprise because I had gestational diabetes with three of my four pregnancies.
My father has Diabetes and his parents before him did too.
So, this new year, I will be learning how to live with this and change my lifestyle along the way.

Sorry to hear that, but sounds like you have a very good attitude about it! There is so much more information on diabetes out there today, and it can be managed very well! I work for Texas Diabetes and Endocrinology, so most of my patients have diabetes. Most people are as managed as they choose to be. I am sure you will be on top of it!!
