We went to the Reds game on the Fourth. Nanny and Papaw came with us. This was the kids first game. The Reds played the Washington Nationals. The Reds won. The game started late because it was raining. It stopped raining just long enough to play the game, then it started raining again as we were walking to our car. Ken Griffy Jr. hit a home run his first at bat! during the game Van lost a tooth. We ate hot dogs , fries, popcorn and cotton candy. The kids got balls and a pennant. It was a really fun day!
