Yummy.....

Well, I haven't posted a recipe or anything about food lately so I thought that I would share this Green Herb Dip Recipe from The BAREFOOT CONTESSA.

Green Herb Dip
makes 2 cups

8 ounces cream cheese at room temp.
1/2 cup sour cream at room temp.
1/2 cup good mayonnaise
3/4 cup chopped scallions (white & green parts)
1/4 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix everything together. serve at room temp.

  1. Yum! That sounds good. Sorry I am just now getting back to you. You probably already went but I have made a few more...none finished (why I have not posted them). I think I figured out what I did wrong to make the acrylic not work...I didn't let it dry long enough. If it is really dry it is fine. I tried looking for other types of paint but failed. The others are just too expensive.

I drew an idea for an OSU quilt today that I think I may try. I Have done one other quilt so I might be able to do it.

So did you go up to Craft 2000? What did you think?
